What is the Fitness Instructing Academy?

Unique in the industry, this Government Funded course provides motivated young people with all the skills they need to become a qualified Fitness Instructor. Giving them everything they need to grab their dream job, they will stand head and shoulders above the competition, become even more employable and can start earning money in only 17 days. What’s more, they could have your ideal job at the end of it – what could be better?

Who is it for? 

The Fitness Instructing Academy is FREE for any student who meets the following criteria:

       16-18 years of age

       Been living within the EU for the past 3 years

       Currently living in England

       Not studying

       Not attended university or gained a higher level qualification

       Not working at all

       Have no previous convictions in the last three years (dependant on their circumstances)

How does the Academy work?

Well, in only 17 days in the classroom the student will learn all they need to become a qualified Fitness Instructor. They will gain knowledge in anatomy and physiology and how to write a fitness programme. They will also learn the basics in Customer Interaction, Membership Sales and Member Relations. Combined together, these topics will make them one of the strongest employee candidates around.

Students get £25 per week for 4 weeks to assist with travel expenses and we will also support them into their first fitness job, giving them the opportunity to put all those skills they have learnt into practice, and help them build that all important CV.
