Aim: To explore the context of young people’s sexual decision making and introduce ways of working to encourage healthy choices about sex.
Objectives:
- Focus on young people’s experiences of sexual decision making; the processes and influencing factors including peer pressure and social norms
- Explore what ‘being ready’ means to young people both in terms of the practical and the emotional
- Introduce practical activities that can be used with young people to encourage healthy choices about sex
Participants will receive a ‘Not until I’m ready!’ resource pack worth £35
